Messaging
Your message – What are you selling? What does it mean? Why should someone listen to your sales pitch? Is there a differentiator? How does it define your company? Is it too broad, too narrow? Simple questions, but often times the most challenging elements of developing your message. The r2 Approach to messaging involves a variety of elements unclude but not limited to analysis, experience, research, market tests such as e-marketing campaigns and tradeshows, among some of the methods. Your message is critical in all aspects of marketing as this defines your company and literally creates the future success or failure of your company. The best marketing rarely overcomes a treacherous message.

Collateral
What you provide a prospect about your company and products/services is critical as it defines the expectation of how you do business. Whether it be data sheets, presentation materials, or white papers, they all have an impact. What is your intent of the collateral? Is it consistent? Does the logo and format define you? Do you have a brand package with items such as graphic standards? If a new sales or marketing person were to start tomorrow – do they know standard fonts and colors for building materials? Typically, the answers are no.
The r2 Approach to collateral is based around experience and adopting market clarity and consistency while aligning with the brand and message. We evaluate your existing materials, identify opportunities, then suggest a road map to develop consistent, effective collateral throughout your organization. |
Web Presence
A website is typically the first impression a potential client will have of your organization. Used to research your company, learn more information about products and services or to just substantiate choices.
Most companies know they need a presence, but do not establish what the website’s purpose is or effectively design to achieve the that purpose. The other piece of the puzzle is web analytics and target conversion ratios. What is your presence on the internet? Do you need a new look and feel? Is your website set up to create interest and drive a prospect with calls to action? Do you know how many unique visitors you have on a daily, weekly or monthly basis? Are you offering visitors to your site value for their time?
Consider these questions:
Is the purpose of your website purpose for:
(1) lead generation
(2) web commerce
(3) support
(4) self service
The r2 Approach to Web Presence takes your existing model along with your goals and develops recommendations based on experience to take your website to the level you want it to go. Our expertise is in taking an existing web presence and enhancing it to meet you business strategy while aligning it with your brand and message. |
